Beautiful 100% silk dressy going-out top by WHBM White House Black Market. Elastic at the wrists and hem and lovely white embroidery with some sparkly beads along the v neck. The white part also has some very light green threads woven into it. Size medium. Hand washable. Deep v in front and back. Tie across the back keeps the top from slipping.
