WHBM | (Black) Pencil Skirt sz 2 NWT

This is brand new, with tags, but has been sitting in a spare closet for a few years. There is some slight dust along the edge of the waist (but will easily come out in the wash) and some clamp marks along the waist from being hung for so long (likely just needs an iron or may even come out in the wash).
