WHBM Black Pencil Skirt

A black skirt is a staple for every female's closet, it can be paired with any top. This is not the typical pencil skirt, the bottom of back side has ruffles that are only seen when moving-laying flat you would never know. There is one 3" pen mark near the waist line, fortunately it's black so it blends in so much that my camera won't pick it up. Approx measurements: length 21.2", waist 15.5", hip 19.5". Pet friendly home but kept in spare room closet. Wood background is dining table, not the floor.
