WET‎ SEAL boho pants and crop top

I loved when my daughter wore these pants(not often). Wet Seal boho pants, size large but waist measures 26" stretched out 36" inseam 32". Pairing pants with white crop top with cut out flowers on bottom, tag is gone for designer, size M. Has a cpl of snags on back see pics.
