Westmoreland vintage authentic handmade glass plate. Features frosted satin glass with reticulated lace edges. This elegant plate has an intricate floral design in the middle with blue and yellow flowers. The prominent large flower in the center of the plate is a peony. The smaller flowers surrounding it appear to be chrysanthemums and possibly other stylized floral elements. Pre-owned and in pristine condition. From a smoke-free and pet free home.
