This is a We The Free long tank top dress that is high low and is knotted at the waist. Tank top style and super comfortable and casual with a raw edge hem. It could also double as a coverup dress I think! It is 75% polyester and 25% rayon. There is a small hole at the top back neck, so i have priced it lower because of it.
