The BETTER YET TUNIC can definitely be dressed up with legging’s and heels. Or wear as a bathing suit cover up or as a little mini dress over a pair of denim shorts!! I LOVE it so much I own 4 of them! For comfort and on warmer days they are perfect! I love throwing it over my shorts with my flip flops and I am set! So I am giving 1 up!
