myclosetangel I ordered 3 pairs (jeans me accidentally). They are 8.5 and are way too big. I need to return all 3 pairs for a smaller size. Can you please advise?

chigirl915 Hi! My right foot is 9.75 inches and my left foot is 9.68 inches. I usually wear an 8.5 but sometimes need to go up to 9. Would I be safe to order an 8.5 in these or should I order 8? And I also want to order the d’orsay shoes. Please let me know proper sizing on those. Maybe I would be safe with an 8 rather than 7.5? Thank you so much! I have been wanting to try these since Shark Tank.

pashionfootwear @chigirl915 HI there, we recommend 1/2 size down from your regular shoe size in The Sandal and one full size down in the D'Orsay. If you feel that a larger size is more comfortable for you I would recommend a ordering your regular shoe size in the sandal and 1/2 size down in the D'Orsay.

pashionfootwear @jm1ofakind I would measure to see what is your true shoe size and then size down from there for this style as it is recommended to run about a 1/2 size large. :)
