If they are going out of business and they have good brands and they haven't announced the closing to the public and no damaged goods I go in and give an offer for all items they have 100 to 1000 or more items......if one has a bag sale then I do that. I have a business model and I have a set price for what I spend on my inventory and not a penny over Im VERY strict about the budget.
