WAYF Velvet Leopard Wrap Dress Small NWT

Letting this go because the top part just feels too tight on me. I would say it runs slightly small in that area. I have a wide back and large chest. It's in perfect condition, the belt tie has some threads fraying a little bit because of the fabric type. (see last photo) It's not really an issue, you can simply snip off the threads. The velour leopard fabric is just so gorgeous and sexy!! I wish it fit me better in the chest and back.
