@sierra4748 Hello! Yes, the dress is true to size. XS= 0. I am about a C cup and it covers my chest perfectly; a 25/26’ waist and 5’7 and the dress fits me. It was only worn once at a wedding in September ‘18 and has since been dry cleaned. It’s in perfect condition.
