anajonesmash@sharee3023 I’m confused by your messages. Your last communication stated that the medium blue Snowe robe was shipped already. If it was shipped already then why are you telling me in another message thread something entirely different ??

sharee3023....Let me Explain fully what happened. The thing is, this business is run by me and my sister. I deal with the app and order details, she deals with the shipping and inventory. I sent the shipping label for your order to her and she notified me that the size was not available about 3 days ago......Continue

anajonesmash@sharee3023 okay, thanks for the update on the inventory and shipping error. When will the blue robe in medium size be available?
Feb 18Reply
sharee3023
sharee3023....We’ve never had an issue like this before and normally all orders are shipped within 3 days. I was really shocked today when posh mark notified me that your order haven’t been shipped because it has been a few days since you’ve made the purchased and we’ve never been this incompetent before.
