This is one of four available porcelain salad/dessert plates made by W. H. Grindley & Co. Ltd. in their rare and treasured "English Country Inns" pattern. The plate is used and in excellent vintage condition. Depicts the Boar's Head Inn, lush trees, bunches of flowers and a chimney with smoke wafting out. Really lovely detail! The plate is 7" in diameter, with no fading, chips, cracks or scratches. and as is shown in the photos, the plate is round with a slight "wave" to the shape. It's really special! The plate will set a beautiful table.
