Measurements: - Waist: 27 - Inseam: 24 Measurements do not always line up with size tags. Measurements are a guide in determining fit. Measured lying flat without stretching the garment. Leg/dress opening and waist are doubled from their flat measurement to give an accurate representation of circumference. We are required to list by the size tag, not the measured size (unless no tag is apparent).
