Vintage Herman Geist navy blue polyester semi sheer embroidered button front collarless tunic blouse Large Good vintage condition except for some small snags or holes on top of left shoulder as seen in picture/not noticeable Armpit to armpit is 24” Length is 30” I believe this is from the late 80s/early 90s Great for that oversized look
