Vtg or Antique Modernist 925 made in Mexico TV 11 Brooch Pin Circular

Sterling silver pin in a circular design. I could read 925 and TV11 and mexico, there is some other wording I wasn't able to clearly interpret. This has a heavy feel and a fabulous patina. This type of open brooch could be worn with a scarf as the scarf would show through nicely. Smoke free. Condition is very good, some slight wave to the pin on back, rather than being perfectly straight.
