Vtg Vintage Y2k Moda Intl Brown Mini Short Beach Cover Up Preppy Chic Boho Hippie Surfer Fairy Halter Dress Top. This piece has wood chunky beads along the front of the straps for decoration. There is ruching in front and along the bottom sides. The halter straps tie in back and are fully adjustable. This piece would be great layered over some tights and a puffy warm coat worn with chunky fur boots.
