This is a true vintage Y2K dress by Angie! It is a pull on style with flattering bias cut shape that forms and drapes so divinely on the body! It is made with a crepe style rayon, has ruffle trim around the neck and the hem and an all over floral print. There is some light fraying around the edges of hem (at the ruffle on neck and bottom, very light, no holes or tears just light wear). Dress is in excellent condition otherwise.
