Vtg Y2K 2000s Black Feather Trim Gown Formal Prom See Measurements for Sizing

dress is in good preowned condition features feather lining at the bust and zips at the back. the zipper works, the dress was just too small for my mannequin. vintage sizing on tag says 9/10 but when i put it on my size m mannequin it was kind of small. I think it would best fit a modern XS/S please see measurements.
