Vtg West Germany Amber Glass Austrian Crystal Filigree Brooch Clipon Earring Set

This is a STUNNING set from West Germany. Unknown what year. Unknown metal base. Center is a glass agate and the surrounding stones are Austrian Crystal and faux pearls. Brooch/Pin diameter is roughly 2" and earring diameter is roughly 1".  There is one crystal missing from one of the earrings (see pic)
