This is a vintage, clear rhinestone brooch signed Weiss.
It is a round, domed brooch that measures approximately 1.75 inches across. There are no missing/dead stones noted and the pin/hinge are in good working order. It is in good vintage condition and shows minimal wear.

@conniedutton The “Weiss” mark in a cartouche was first used around 1951, so I would estimate that this brooch was made between 1951 and early 1960’s.
