mmstadulis Ok, I understand that is their rule, however, that's very odd considering that you are selling a _used_ item. I want simply to check a size. You already know that this maker has an unusual sizing system compared to using the Brannock scale, and additionally they're handmade . Thanks and no longer interested.

theliono @mmstadulis hello, I’m sorry I think you’re misunderstanding. There is no option for you to open a return due to fit. It’s not a decision I get to make because it’s Poshmark’s policy, not mine. I do allow returns for fit when I have the option. Perhaps you can find the boots for sale elsewhere where returns for fit are allowed.
