are the marks in velvet permanent damage?

@patjelleberg hi! Thank you for your inquiry. There are no damage marks on the velvet dress, so I’m not really sure what you’re inquiring about? I always note damaged areas in my listings to my best ability. If it looks like there’s marks in the photos it’s just the sunlight and the way it hits the velvet. I hope that helps:)
