This is a vintage U.S. military dress uniform jacket manufactured by Novakoff Bros. (Royal Clothing Co., Inc.) during the Vietnam War era (1960s–1970s). It features the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (ACWA) union label used from 1962–1976, firmly dating the garment.
The jacket has the standard issue "Size – Name – Service No." identification tag inside the lining, confirming official government/military production. Its black color suggests Navy service dress or possibly law-enforcement / government contract uniforms.
A well-preserved, union-made example of Cold War–era U.S. military tailoring.
Approximate Measurements are: Pit to pit 18", sleeve 25", length 29". Likely a men's small.
