Vtg Tall Ship Bookmark by Weathervanes Over America

Vtg Tall Ship Bookmark Circa 1988 (marking on back) I’m assuming Brass (?) but may be just goldtone. When I flipped it over to photograph, I noticed a flaw - barely noticeable on the front side.
