Vtg! Small Round Flat Disc Shaped Ceramic Bud Base Floral Tokyo National Museum

This vintage small round bud vase from Toyko National Museum is white with a floral design in red, blue, and green. It is a round disc type shape and measures 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 1 1/4". It's in excellent vintage condition with no chips.
