Vtg Sima Galvanized Steel Carousel Turn Rack Ticket Holder Note Jewelry Display

Rustic galvanized metal receipt holder from SIMA (Sovereign International Metals and Alloys UK) - with a little rust. I have left this piece untouched so it might look nice with a wire brush, but some like the patina, so I left it. The clips have been soldiered on; the carousel does twist but as it twists, it will undo the arm from the base, so you wouldn’t want to keep twisting in one direction too much. See pictures for measurements please. The clips each are 2 inch across and stand about 11 inches from the base. The receipt holder weighs 1lb 6oz total. Great display piece!
