Beautiful, true vintage, black, and white classic dress by Miss Elliette, California. The black is flowy wrap fitted in the waist and bodice. The white taffeta sleeves could be worn up on the shoulders or off the shoulders with also a big Rose on the waist line. A vintage size 10, it closes with a zipper and some hooks.
