Vtg Raymond Charles Dell Owl Art Signed Framed Etching Scratchboard 13”x12”

Pictured is an original, signed scratchboard, done by Raymond Charles Dell. He was a 20th century artist who spent quite a bit of time doing pieces like this at Hyde Park in England. The scratchboard itself was most likely done in the 1970's or 80’s. A super realistic and intense owl. The quality of the etch shows great detail in its feathers, eyes, pretty much everywhere. Art is matted and framed. Gold color wood frame has some elegant details and about 13”x12”, in good condition (there are couple blemishes). The mat is a light pastel maroon color. The scratchboard itself is 9”x8”. On the back of the phrase, original owner has noted the artist in their hand writing. Will be shipped as you see in the photos with upmost care.
