Vtg Pressed Glass Covered Butter Dish Top US Glass, Bottom is Depression Glass

Vintage clear pressed glass butter dish. The two pieces are not originally made for each other but they do work together. The top is from US Glass Company and is the rounded cover from a glass butter dish with the Cannonball Pinwheel pattern which was retired in 1906. The bottom piece appears to be a Duncan Miller Depression Glass candy dish in the Sandwich pattern. I do not see any chips or cracks in either piece. The finish on the foot of the bottom dish is tarnished.
