Vtg Porc Limoges Pate France small plate

This is a rare small plate with gold victorian scroll and painted flowers in nice colours 4.5 inches across and 1 inch tall.No chips and no cracks , bright and clean all over.You can use like a catch-all for your jewlery on your nightstand.I can't put a year of making this but from the stamp it should be from 19th century on the first quarter.
