Vintage Polly Flinders hand smocked dress. White with red polka dots. Collared with lace trim at the color. Stretchy cinch in the middle. Has multiple stains on the collar, and the skirt, and at sleeves. Size toddler 2. Button closure on the back. MISSING THE BELT. There are 2 loop holes at the sides for a belt or tie but that is missing.
