Vintage 1970's floral sequin jacket/top by Neil Bieff. Neil Bieffus American couturier whose sequined and beaded custom garments have become his signature. Inspired by Neil's time in India, he create elaborate garments that were carried in Bendel's, Bergdorf's, and Saks with prices ranging in the thousands. The black silk shell and lining are completely covered in thousands sequins creating the shapes of tropical flowers in irridescent shades of white, green, purple, pink and yellow -all on a black sequined background.
