Vtg Native American Silver Blue Stone Coral Giant 3 3/8" Safety Pin Key Ring. Small blue nugget with a chip. It is chipped and looks like dyed howlite not turquoise. Bezel setting is excellent and coral pieces looks genuine. I suspect the original turquoise nugget was lost and replaced. It would be easy to replace and repair this nugget. There is some tarnishing and overall wear on the pin.
