Vtg Michaelangelo Red & Black Velvet Empire Waist Maxi Dress Sz 8 Whimsigoth Y2K

This is a vintage dress from Michaelangelo, likely from the 1990s or early Y2K. Features black velvet on the top and then black velvet floral detailing throughout bottom. Bottom of dress is a dark red. Size 8. Falls about 52 inches from top to bottom. There is some minor pulling inside the dress (see picture). Other than that, in great preowned condition.
