These vintage skirt is so fabulous! By the designers Linda Allard/Ellen Tracy, this skirt has long ties on either side and is a wrap style, ties to fit at the waist. Fabric is a lightweight stretchy nylon with an all over tropical leaf/floral print. Skirt is perfect as a cover up in the summer due to the fabric.
