Vtg Kent Wine Decanter Black Plastic Ribbed Neck Painted Red Band Gold Lined Etched Glass Daisy Flowers Barware This is a nice unusual mid century glass wine decanter.  It has a vintage plastic lid with the words Kent Chicago Illinois on the lid.  There is some wear to the red transparent paint. The size is 9.5" tall. The base is 5.5"
