Vtg Jump Apparel Party Dress Sz 9/10 Halter Dark Burgundy w/ Sparkle Floral

This is a great party dress by Jump Apparel. I'm not sure the age, but I'm guessing it's from the 1980s or 1990s. It appears black at first but it's actually a very deep burgundy color, almost a dark brown. The fabric is velour with floral sparkles. This is a junior size 9/10. I measure the chest as 34", waist 28", length from armpit to bottom of skirt 27-1/2". Thanks for looking!
