This is a beautiful, classic vintage liquor decanter or flask, likely dating to the Mid-Century Modern (MCM) era, specifically the 1950s to 1970s. While found in France, its style is most characteristic of Italian or Spanish leather-wrapped barware, which was highly popular as an export item during that period.
