Vtg Household's Steak Knives Green Avocado Handles Wood Block Holder w/ Box MCM

Vintage set of 6 stainless steel, serrated steaks knives, wooden holder, and original box. Knives are approximately 8.5" long. Handles are plastic, avocado green and are solid color on one side and wood grain pattern on the other. Marked "_urgical Stainless", "HOUSEHOLD JAPAN" and "STAINLESS STEEL" in a triangle. No idea why Surgical is missing the "S". Block is approximately 9.75" x 6.5" and a light wood grain. Box is approximately 9.75 x 6.75". Made in Japan. MPN 1500-3. Mid-Century Modern. Knives are in good vintage shape with some surface scratches from normal use. One has a crack on the handle near the blade. They could use a polish. Wood block is in excellent condition. Box is beat up - tears, missing inner side flaps on one end, tape marks and writing on one side. See all photos.
