Vtg Homco Christmas Tan Teddy Bear w/ Decorated Tree Green Scarf w/ Red Ends

The vintage Homco Christmas figurine features a small multicolor ceramic bear adorned with a holiday tree and a green scarf trimmed in red. Figurine is in good used condition, but picture #10 and video included SPECIFICALLY points out a small dot of black ink or paint that's has dripped on it. Please review all photos, including #10.
