Vtg Holland Mold Porcelain Bird Figurine

This vintage porcelain bird figurine hand-painted in lifelike natural colors and matte glaze is stamped “Holland Mold” on underside. Holland Mold Inc. founded by Austrian immigrant Frank Hollendonner & brother in 1946 in Trenton NewJersey was home to numerous potteries. It closed in 1997 due to the competition of rubber master molds. Dimensions 6 7/8”L x 4"W x 4 ½”H. Note previous repaired almost unnoticeable crack on branch just below bird--see last 2 photos of opposite sides of repair.
