Buttons down the center front and has a nice twirl to it while moving around in it. Reminds me of square dance skirts • Brand: Unable to find any sort of tag, appears hand made. Condition: There is one button missing as shown in photo. Other than this, this skirt is in good vintage condition. • Size: Unable to find a size tag.
