Unique and beautifully made blouse with lots of detailing such as flower buttons, ruffles along the neck and plaque it and sleeves, pleated shoulders, and a nubby patterned satin fabric. The fabric is semi sheer please note. Just based on the construction and theres no signs of any tags. I think this might have been a handmade blouse. Based on the dimensions, Im giving it a size petite medium, but please double check against your other blouses.
