It is definitely pre 1970, but could be as old as early 1900s based on style. Definitely vintage. Virginia Butler is the artist who painted and signed. I cannot find anything on her. Beautifully painted with blue, purplish and pink flowers. Glossy semi-iridescent glaze. Stands approx 6.5 inches tall (including lid handle) and is approx 5.5 inches in diameter.
