Vtg Gucci Parfums Brown PVC Vinyl GG Monogram Ophidia Clutch Cosmetic Bag 8x13 Authentic vintage Gucci Parfums brown PVC vinyl GG monogram Ophidia clutch cosmetic bag. Velcro closure with vinyl type lining that can be wiped clean. Green and red equestrian stripe accent down the center of the bag. Bag measures 8”H x 13”W x 3.5” D. This bag was made for cosmetic items but can also be used as a clutch bag. Brown leather “ Gucci Parfums Made in Italy 38” tag attached to the inside of the bag. This bag predates serial numbers. This bag is in very good vintage preowned condition, with the exception of creases in the leather along the top of both sides of the bag where the Velcro closes. I took this to my local cobbler to see if it could be repaired. There are many layers beneath the leather that would have to be re-glued and I think it was too much of a task to tackle for her so she just stitched it back up and returned the bag to me. You can see the slight difference in the thickness of the thread on the side she opened up and restocked. There is light wear along one of the corner edges. See photos. All stitching is intact. Interior is clean and free of holes, stains and odors. Remarkable condition for its age. Hardware can be added to the sides of the bag and a strap can be attached if you wanted to carry it as a shoulder or crossbody bag. This bag is vintage, previously used and not new with imperfections. Ask questions before purchasing.
