Vtg Gold-tone Scrolled Cameo Brooch Woman in Blue Dress by Oldtime Car

This is such a beautiful cameo brooch! It looks like the one my grandma had which was from the early 1920's. The oval shaped backing is a gold-tone metal that is scrolled. When you look at the back, it looks almost like a scrolled cross in center. It measures 2 1/4" tall by 1 1/2" wide. There is a rotating clasp pin that opens up easily. Attached on the front there is a white stone that measures 1 3/4' tall by 1 1/4" wide. The picture is of a woman in a blue dress from the 20's-30's who is wearing a hat and scarf.
