Garnier No. 190 Black Cat with Pink JewelEyes French Ceramic Decanter 11 1/2" tall Empty This vintage black cat decanter was made in Enghien Paris France by GARNIER. She stands 11 1/2" tall, all black with pink eyes. There is a repair (last pics A & B) (C dot of missing glaze) and the cork is missing but it fits nicely without one. Still impressive mantle or bar addition.
