Vtg Foremost Industries 55 Flashing Steady Burning Christmas Lights Non Working?

Vtg 1980s Foremost Industries 55 Indoor Outdoor Flashing Steady Burning Christmas Lights Non Working READ: IMPORTANT: The 35 pc set looks never used like it was never taken out of package. I tested it and all lit up (see last picture) BUT I tested again later and they came on then went right out. The 20 pc set is missing 1 lightbulb and when plugged in nothing lit up. So not sure what to say about these maybe easy fix???
