Could be rehemmed, fabric glued or cut depending on your preference. One small hole in lining as shown. A few short areas of hem at back of skirt has also come loose but can also be easily remedied. Otherwise great condition. Would be great to wear as is for a throwback, retro or even modern look. Would also make a great base for a poodle skirt due to the shape! Also has pockets!!!
